Sealed bids will be received by the Hansen School District (HSD), 550 Main St South, Hansen, Idaho 83334, for the sale of a 2005 International 6.0, 215 hp bus until 4:00 P.M., Thursday, May 16, 2024. It is the sole responsibility of the respondents to ensure that responses arrive in a timely and legible manner. Only delivered or mailed submissions will be considered, no modifications of proposals will be considered. HSD will reject all late arrivals.
Bid instructions, bid forms and other information will be available to bidders at the Hansen School District, from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday. If interested in viewing the bus please contact Hansen School District at 208-423-6387 ext 2103. Bid proposals shall be completed on the bid forms provided. Bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “2005 International Bid 2024.”
Bids will be opened at the regular Hansen School District Board Meeting on May 21, 2024 at 7:00 pm in the Hansen High School Library. HSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informally or to accept the bid or dis deemed best for the Hansen School District.
