Celebrating the 100th day of school!
A huge thank you to the Idaho Shakespeare Festival for bringing The Tempest to Hansen Junior/Senior High School! Our students absolutely loved this engaging and creative performance. Seeing Shakespeare come alive right here in our gym was an incredible experience for our 7–12 students.
We also want to recognize Mrs. Moreno for the outstanding work she did preparing her high school students ahead of time. Because they had the background knowledge and context, they were ready to fully engage and it truly enhanced their overall experience.
Opportunities like this expand learning beyond the classroom walls and give our students their own stage to experience literature in a powerful way.
